VINTAGE ITEMS CONDITIONS AND SIZING.
E.R. Saloon Vintage is hand picked by us and every piece is unique and one-off. As vintage can vary in age, please be aware they may have previously be worn and may show some signs of wear. At E.R. Saloon, we firmly believe this adds to the item's charm and character! As we carefully select each piece these have taken the greatest care to ensure that any flaws/damages have been noted and listed with the item, and the price of some pieces will reflect this. We usually mark our vintage with either 'in great vintage condition' or 'in good vintage condition' and list any flaws on the product dependant on this.
Our measurements are taken lying flat and do not account for any stretch. The sizing we advise is meant only as a guide, which is why we provide flat measurements for all vintage products. If you are uncertain about sizing, it is advisable to compare the measurements of a garment to one of your own items of clothing.

We always try to describe all our products in the best and accurate detail as we possibly can to ensure you are happy with your purchases. Due to the nature of shopping online we do understand you may sometimes not be satisfied with your purchase(s) Please contact us on email@example.com and please include your order number if you would like to return or exchange an item as soon as possible.
UK AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
Any items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. You will receive your item(s) by recorded delivery and, if you do wish to return it, please contact us before you return, and it must be received back to us within 7 days of you signing for it.
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and please include your order number for a returns form you must fill in before returning your item(s)
Any item(s) must be returned to us UNWORN and in the same condition the item was sent in-including any tags etc.
Items are returned at your own risk and cost, we advise for you to use a tracking method to post your item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
After 7 days, if the item has not been returned to us, you will then be offered an extra 14 day period for an exchange or credit note.
We regret we cannot refund any original postage and packaging costs.
After the 21 days have passed, any item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
***All bespoke and made to order items are non returnable, unless faulty and all items that were pre-ordered can only be exchanged or refunded via credit note
We only use PayPal for all our online payments, and all major credit or debit cards are accepted. However you do not need a PayPal account to pay this way. When you reach the PayPal pages, just select to pay without an account.
From time to time we may have various offers on including discounts, where a code is generated. The code is entered after you complete the Paypal log in, BEFORE you confirm final payment. Discounts cannot be added or applied to your order after you confirm final payment, so please make sure you check carefully you have entered any codes correctly before you complete your purchase. Any code issues please email us BEFORE you purchase.
All items are shipped from the UK, and shipping charges are dependant on the size/weight of the item and the location in which it is being shipped. Please see below for our shipping costs. Some of our products are handmade to order and we aim to dispatch those orders within 5-10 days, dependant on peak times.
We will ALWAYS notify you by email when your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking number.
POSTAGE COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME.
Standard UK Signed for Shipping Royal Mail 1st Class is £2.95 for smaller gift wrapped items and £4.95 for gift wrapped larger items. Royal Mail on average takes anywhere between 1-4 days delivery.
All orders are sent 'Royal Mail Signed For' and a tracking number will be emailed, along with postage confirmation after we post orders.
International Signed For Priority Airmail - £9 for smaller gift wrapped items and £15 for larger gift wrapped items. Please note these can take up to 2 weeks delivery.
***Any items that are marked 'made to order' please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed, and up to 10 working days in peak times.
All international items are allocated a tracking number and may require a signature of delivery.
By placing an order with E.R. Saloon LTD you are therefore responsible for all shipping charges, custom import fees and the cost of returns back to E.R. Saloon.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
